When it comes to working with Tressa, she is great at communication. When we need information about something, she’s on it! She doesn’t lack on any information. She has gone above and beyond for us! Tressa knows it’s more than just a house but will be our home. She wants the best for us, and the best outcome. I can’t be anymore thankful that we found her. Anyone would be blessed to have her as a realtor. She has your back and will make sure that you have a house to make a home!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s hard to put into a review what more than a decade and eight real estate transactions with the same Realtor says on its own. Lucy and I have trusted her through buying homes, selling homes, big decisions, stressful situations, and some pretty important chapters for our family. Through every single transaction, she has been knowledgeable, responsive, honest, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond for us. What separates her, though, is that it has never felt like we were simply another transaction. She genuinely cares about our family, what we are trying to accomplish, and making sure we are making the right decision, not just getting a deal closed. After eight transactions, there is nobody else we would consider calling. Somewhere along the way she stopped just being our Realtor and became a great friend, and that probably says more about the kind of person she is than anything I could write here. We are incredibly thankful for everything she has done for our family over the years and for once again helping us get to the next chapter. If you are looking for a Realtor you can trust, who will work hard for you and actually care about the outcome, I couldn’t recommend her more.

Our family has worked with Tressa on 4+ real estate transactions over the past 8 years. Our most recent transaction involved more negotiation and nuance, but Tressa handled it all for us with a high level of professionalism and expertise. Her ability to take care of every detail and get the deal done is hard to find. We are extremely grateful to have her with us for these deals!
