Shellie was so patient and really took the time to learn what was most important to us in finding a new home. We really appreciated her knowledge and expertise to point out things we hadn’t considered. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect agent!

Our house sold in (48) hours at full ask. Tressa's preparation and market knowledge prevented us from over estimating the market value of our home and ultimately taking much longer to sell. We were not interested in a realtor promising us the moon on our listing price and barely catching a falling star as the price fell to the correct market level. This enabled us to move on to our next home more rapidly and with far less stress.

It takes a special kind of person to have the patients required to deal with us throughout this process. Shellie exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would definitely recommend her in the future. We are truly grateful!
