Professional, communicative, and a problem-solver!
Through no fault of Miranda's, our closing date changed several times, resulting in a frustrating week. Miranda stayed on top of the situation the whole time, including completing work and arranging details that were not her responsibility, while keeping us informed at every moment to reassure us. Up until that point Miranda did a great job, but her response to adversity and ability to overcome obstacles are what would make me recommend her to anyone. No matter what your house buying/selling experience is like, Miranda will lead you through it with incredible competence and professionalism.

A true professional at her craft
We could not have been more pleased with Ava and the entire process of finding a home with her. Amazing realtor & communicator!
Tressa was great - she met with us in the weeks leading up to the house going on the market to go over her recommendations for fixes / cosmetic updates that would help. She gave insight on what the market looks like and how potential buyers may react. She was thorough in her recommendations and made sure to communicate with us both thoroughout the process. Open houses were held twice in the life of the house being on the market. They were 1h each so the time required to be out of the house was minimal.
