Miranda was a great communicator who fought to make sure we got our dream home. We never felt pressured to purchase something we didn't love and she was quick to point out things that we may take issue with that we wouldn't have noticed right off the bat. This helped build so much trust that she wanted us to have what we wanted even if that meant we didn't buy at the time. We told Miranda that we wanted to live in a certain neighborhood and she sent out mailers and kept her eye out for any listings in that neighborhood. Miranda was everything we wanted in a realtor. Knowledgeable, competent, & professional. She struck the right balance between pointing out things I might not have considered, helping me sort through my priorities, all while giving space for me to figure out what I really wanted without pressure. During the negotiation phase, she not only explained the many mechanics of the deal, but offered advice on how to structure our offer to be competitive. In the end, it was her help with structuring the offer and her professional and savvy handling of the selling party that put our offer above the competition and won us our dream home in what was very much a seller's market. The only downside is that we are one and done home buyers, because Miranda is the type of realtor I would use again and again.
