I was referred to Brandy by a friend to help me find my first house. Throughout the whole process Brandy was quick to help and respond to any message or request. I wasnt very knowledgable about the home buying process and Brandy made me and my family feel at ease with the process and finding our home. I couldnt of found such a great home without her help. Kathy is exactly what you want in a buying agent. She does her homework on the market and offers a great set of eyes to point out features of the property you may not think of. Whether those features are desireable or undesireable. She definitely helped me decide houses to pass on vs make an offer while respecting that it was my decision to make based on what *I* was looking for in a house, and she recalibrated HER expectations to fit my buying goals. 10/10, definitely plan on working with Kathy Dodge in the future!
