Alli’s client network is extensive and she had a client in mind weeks before we went on the market. She brought the buyer to us, we got asking price and didn’t have to live through those dreaded showings. We closed and had the movers packing within 3 weeks of the buyer seeing the house- a week before we were scheduled to go on the market!
