We looked at several houses on short notics. This includes the house that we bought. We looked at a house at 4pm Friday, Submitted the offer by 5pm, and had been accepted by 6pm. This is after we were preparing an offer on a house we had seen that morning.

We loved working with Kim to sell our first home. She made the process so easy and seamless! Quick to respond, always friendly and happy to help; she could not have made the experience any better! Highly recommend.

I've known Kim Mills since 2004, and she has been there for two of the biggest milestones in my life—helping me buy my first home in 2015 and now helping me sell it while purchasing my next home. Kim doesn't just facilitate a real estate transaction; she manages every detail and truly sees the bigger picture. From connecting me with trusted painters and locksmiths to expertly guiding me through every step of the process, she consistently goes above and beyond. There are many realtors out there, but very few who provide the level of service, care, and dedication that Kim does. I recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional real estate professional.

Patrick has been our realtor on 2 home purchases. He is always responsive and makes sure the needs you don't even know you have are taken care of. He has been a pleasure to work with and we will continue to work with him if needed in the future.

Patrick has excellent market knowledge and kept us informed in every step of the sale. He is very professional in his approach and very likeable.

Patrick was fantastic throughout the whole process! He’s kind, professional, a great communicator, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Patrick for buyers and sellers!
