Excellent Marketing advice that led to very quick sale over asking

Because we were relocating for my job, there were definitely challenges that Molly had to figure out. In the end, our house went on the market on Friday and was in contract on Sunday for $20,000 over asking. Couldn't be more pleased with selling my first home and happy we had Molly guiding us.

Low Maintenance Process

We’ve known Jane a long time and have used her previously.
