Throughout the sale process Dave kept us informed at every step. He held open houses and consistently followed up with all who visited. His energy and diligence was impressive. As we received offers, he negotiated them shrewdly yet with integrity. He had creative ideas that kept the final deal together when it looked like compromise wasn’t an option. We sold our house and could not have been more pleased with the service Dave provided.
