Erin was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. She helped us both buy our home and later sell it in the Columbus/Grandview area, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor through either process. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and always had our best interests in mind. Buying a home can be stressful enough, but having someone you completely trust in your corner made a huge difference. When it came time to sell, Erin was just as great—she helped us navigate the process, kept everything moving, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. If you’re buying or selling a home in Columbus, I would highly recommend Erin. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did for us!

Did a great job. Found me a house in a good area.

Specifically, Erin examined our property with a buyers' eye, offered staging suggestions, and through her research of the neighborhood she helped us price the home very effectively. Our home essentially sold the first weekend. Having a hectic schedule with elder-care issues and helping with grandkids activities and schedules, the minimal time our house being up for sale was a cherry on top for us! Cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, her suggestions for helpers. Be it banking, vendors, staging and eventually moving. Her immediate communication skills to us and on our behalf will always be treasured. We are proud to call Erin Spalding our friend. It is an honor and pleasure to highly recommend Erin Spalding as an exceptional Realtor for any reality needs you may have.
