Sue has been my Agent of choice for a long time. She has excellent knowledge about local market and is very competent as an Agent. She always works in the best interest of her clients. As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.
