I lost my wife in May of 2025 to Leukemia. We had talked about downsizing to a single floor plan for some time. Then I lost her and had to continue on my own. Stacy became like family. She worked closely with both of my daughters thru the whole process. Other than her death it's the most difficult process that I've ever endured. We were together for 50 years and spent the last 14 years in the property that I sold. It was hard making decisions without her to bounce ideas off of. Stacy was very patient with me and all of my many emotional swings. Would not have wanted anyone else to help my daughters and I thru the process.

Bottom-line, you want Katie's help, care, and hand-holding to get your home sold or your new home purchased. I've done both with her. She's simply outstanding. Questions? She'll get the answers. Concerns, she'll get them addressed. Options? She's got them... You'll feel like you have a new best friend helping you all along the way. Just do it.

We had a great experience with John. Was very courteous and accommodating. Answered all of our questions and was available for help throughout the process. Updated us even after the closing on an issue that happened at the house.

Marsha’s husband got us thru several moves and we loved him. When he passed away there was no question that I would use his wife. I have used her for quite a few moves and she is fabulous! Marsha knows what to do and how to do it. She is the only realtor I trust and I will call her for any moves!

Patrick has been our realtor on 2 home purchases. He is always responsive and makes sure the needs you don't even know you have are taken care of. He has been a pleasure to work with and we will continue to work with him if needed in the future.

As I was out of state for some of the renovations and the entire sales process, Matt was proactively involved is handling the details to enable a smooth transaction. He took it upon himself to do things which he easily could have told me "to call someone", ie pay someone else to take care of several items that needed attention.

Esther was very patient with us as we spent over a year looking at houses. When we were in contract she paid close attention to details and ensured a smooth transaction.

Tom was very helpful from start to finish, walking us through what this process would look like every step of the way. Every house we toured Tom have us great background showing that he had not only connected with the seller/agent to get more details, but also his long term knowledge of the housing market. Tom helped us to understand the long term costs within each home with roof repairs, furnace age, landscaping costs, radon testing, and plenty more details that I would not have thought to ask. It was incredibly helpful and made me feel much more secure about buying a home knowing Tom would help guide us through the houses and point out important features. I would gladly recommend Tom to any home buyer, but especially to first time home buyers as it’s already a stressful process so having a knowledgeable guide ready to research any question and point out things you didn’t know to ask was a HUGE relief while touring. He helped us figure out good offers/counter offers, and navigate the closing period with inspections, appraisals, and final details. Thanks to Tom we closed on our first home in great time without feeling pressured, rushed, or uncertain!
