This is my second time working with Rachel and I will use her with every purchase and sale in the future. Rachel is a work horse! She will go above and beyond for her clients, even if that means showing up with a can of paint to help you prep your home. She is reliable, knowledgeable and works with her clients best interest in mind. She knows her stuff and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

After living on the same property all my life, my wife and I decided to move nearer to our grandchildren. Locating a property that we liked took a lot of visits and a lot of communication. Throughout the entire process, Rachel Helms was there with support, recommendations, advice and friendship. We missed one opportunity by not following her advice but finally landed on a property that feels good. We closed on January 6 and Rachel has still been there for us, even after the close. She is knowledgeable of the buy/sell process, provided a lot of helpful information and was very patient with us in a process that can take a while to complete.
