When my husband and I started building our home, the plan was to rent or AirBNB our current home. Fast forward months and months, the desire to be landlords became undesirable so the conversation of selling our home started. My husband wanted to know who we should use as a sellers agent since I know so many realtors across the Triangle due to my business. We threw some names around and Rachels name kept popping up. I wanted someone who would go to bat for me, have my best interest at heart, knew the market and trends and all the craziness and most importantly, knew the art of negotiation. This is key folks, negotiation skills. This IS a “sellers market” but don’t be fooled, it takes skill to tread through these waters. Rachel and her team descended upon my home and their reports were very thorough so we knew how to price the home to sell. I’m happy to report the sale went through and Rachel was amazing from beginning to end. Highly recommend Rachel Helms, so much so I know I’ll be using her again.
