While moving across country, Alex handled many things for me such as setting up inspections and viewing the listings while taking videos. She also went out of her way to show me the vicinity of the listings. Such as the drive up to the properties, or how close they were to potential disruptions or high noise areas. If there was a smell lingering or even small things an inspector might have missed or elected not to disclose, she would let me know as much as she possibly could about the properties. She also showed me one last listing that had just popped up after I was willing to settle on a house and it was much closer to what I was looking for! At no point did I feel like I didn't know what was happening or what I was walking in to. She worked with my lender as well to help everything go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely work with her again!

The entire home buying process was super quick and easy. It was only that way thanks to my realtors. They knew the time frame and what needed to be done. For a first time home buyer, I was going in blind. They explained everything in very good detail so I wasn’t confused.

Laura was great every step of the process. She made my first home purchase almost effortless on my end. I found my property the first day it was listed, and Laura toured it the next morning, got an offer ready, and had it accepted all within about 3 or 4 days. I bought the home sight unseen from California, so she walked through the entire property with me via WhatsApp several times throughout the process to show me everything in detail. It was an older home, so we asked for a few repairs, including the water heater, and she got everything negotiated.
