Lauri was awesome from start to finish! She made any and every accomodation she could make for my husband and I being out of state. Her showings were thorough and easy to follow. She was honest and made sure to point out things that we missed or didn't think of. She made sure that we saw the whole picture of each house, caring more that we found the right house rather than any house. During the closing process, she made sure everything went smoothly and even went out of her way to make sure that we would have everything we needed to make our move as easy as possible. Laura was great every step of the process. She made my first home purchase almost effortless on my end. I found my property the first day it was listed, and Laura toured it the next morning, got an offer ready, and had it accepted all within about 3 or 4 days. I bought the home sight unseen from California, so she walked through the entire property with me via WhatsApp several times throughout the process to show me everything in detail. It was an older home, so we asked for a few repairs, including the water heater, and she got everything negotiated. She is very military-friendly, understands the ins and outs of VA loans, and knows the area extremely well. Thanks again!
