Jennifer sold our home within 10 days of being listed . We couldn't be happier with the results . This was the easiest real estate transaction we have had and we have bought and sold multiple houses . Thank you Jennifer !
Lauren knew exactly how to market this waterfront, golf community property. She reached the wealthy buyers from farther away, using social media and paid advertising. Her online presentation was far better and more professional than competitive listings, capturing the subtle colors and unique beauty of our home. Once we had an offer she handled all the negotiations through to closing with grace and calm, even when I wasn't calm or graceful. Just a total professional, recommended highly, my big hero, that's Lauren.
Jennifer was extremely helpful in selling some property we had in a tough real estate market area. I felt a personal connection when talking with Jennifer and her help was much appreciated. She helped secure a sale rate that was in the middle of what I had expected and I was okay with the figure offered by the buyer. I think the final sale price was much lower than expected and in MY opinion, due to a couple of factors: 1) It was a low cost sale of 5 lots in a poor market area, but Jennifer stated that there was still the same amount of paperwork required. I view the Buy/Sell agreements as nothing more than filling out a pre-existing form which only requires filling in the blanks. I don't think a 16-20% sales commission is necessary. 2) N.C. required an attorney be involved in everything. Too many attorneys added to too many costs. An extremely un-necessary system that wouldn't reveal the closing costs until after the contract was signed. In MY opinion - it was crooked and the attorney knew it or his assistant was at least aware of it before the contract was signed!
We moved across the country so we depended on Lauren for just about everything - she was able to manage all the things that we could not be here for - and then some! We appreciated all her advice and her knowledge of the area. She did a great job!
Jennifer made the buying process as easy as possible! She's knowledgeable about the area and has several contacts in the industry that help the process along.
