Traci communicated every step of the way and was extremely proactive on all the negotiations and follow up. We had a quick turn around on closing and she made sure all of the inspectors were there and even called in a contractor for a second opinion to make sure everything had been covered. Her professionalism was top notch. We would absolutely use Traci again.

Rachel was very responsive. She went above and beyond in helping to organize all of the inspections for the house. My house is an older house and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out thing to focus on and pay more attention to. I highly recommend her especially if you are new to North Carolina and don’t have a lot of knowledge of the area. She made the buying process extremely easy and made sure to answer all my question immediately. On a side note she was also great at pointing out specifics of the area as I am new here.
