About Traci

A North Carolina native, my family has had a home in Blowing Rock since 1970. Quite simply, it's my favorite place to be, and where I've always felt most at home, no matter how far I've ventured. After the University of South Carolina, I moved to New York City, working in Institutional Marketing for one of the oldest investment firms in the city. In 1999, while living in London, I helped launch the international art fair, Art London. Ten years on, with two young children and two golden retrievers in tow, we moved to Toronto, where I worked as a marketing consultant for a multi national company. Consistently, a top producing multi-million dollar agent. A Certified International Property Specialist, a member of ONELuxe International and Guild Recognition as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist - My experience allows me to understand the market, and advise clients when buying or selling one of their largest investments.

Very professional, responsive, personable and communicative.

Traci was an immense help finding the right home for us. She has extensive knowledge about the area, historical comps and homes coming to the market. We live in another state so having her on the ground and constantly communicating with us made the process smooth. I felt that she really had our backs during the negotiation process and also during the inspections and any conversations we have with contractors. It was more than just getting the home for us, it's also the continuous follow up and help she has given us after the sale. Knowledgeable and responsive

We stumbled into calling Traci as she was listed as the agent for a property we had questions about. It felt like we won the lottery. From that point forward Traci walked us through every step, from showing us homes and being honest in their representation, answering our many questions, through to the closing. Our not being local added additional complications, but Traci was on top of the process beginning to end. She kept us informed and prepared us for every phase.
