Lyn was great, I was looking for a pretty targeted purchase in the Banner Elk/Sugar Mountain area. We found a house very quickly and went under contract almost as quick. Traci is wonderful. We are out-of-state buyers and thought this would be stressful. Traci foresaw all the items that needed to be done, she kept us informed via email, phone & text, made contact with all the inspectors/workers, was onsite for all everything, worked closely with the attorney and got everything done in a relatively short period. We traveled to North Carolina for the closing just before Thanksgiving and everything came together beautifully. On top of all of this, we found a very personal touch to Traci's work. The Gatewoods were able to accomplish the almost impossible in a soft market. Our condo sold the day after it listed. Their photographer took some of the most complimentary pictures of our unit I've ever seen and the consistency of help and answering questions was there from start to finish.
