We purchased our vacation home 2 days before Hurricane Helene hit the area. We had to evacuate so it was difficult to follow up on furniture deliveries and service providers after the storm. Before the sale, Rebecca had to deal with a difficult seller who was cantankerous in various ways. Rebecca had to take care of the move-out cleaning before the sale, which was not a realtor's job.
