She quickly responded to any email or text to answer our many questions. Through the process of purchasing, she made herself available for all the inspections, sometimes questioning the inspectors, making sure everything was as it should be. We wanted a short time frame to closing and she was able to organize everyone to accommodate our wishes. She is a full time resident and native of Blowing Rock. She seems to know everyone and everything about the area. This was so helpful in finding the right place for us. Even after closing, she left a very thoughtful and appreciated welcoming gift and stopped over to make sure we were settling in.
