She used virtual staging upstairs and professional staging downstairs, all while keeping staging costs much lower than we originally expected. Throughout the entire process, she was transparent, hardworking, and extremely dedicated. My house sold in just 5 days with multiple offers, plus sold price is forty thousands above the list price. I truly believe Jodi is exceptional at what she does, and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling a home in Chapel Hill.
