About Faith

Hi there! I'm Faith. I believe that the process of buying or selling property is more than a simple transaction; it’s a massively important part of your life that can be used as the foundation to help you achieve your life goals. Forming a real relationship with you and your family, as well as understanding your property dreams and goals are my top priority so I can help you continue to live the life you’ve been dreaming of. Having restored 3+ historic homes and assisted in the design of new builds, I have a unique understanding of what makes a great house. I’m also particularly passionate about the financial perspective of buying, selling and investing in property and imparting that knowledge on to my clients. It gives me great joy to watch a client’s eyes light up when I can show them the potential in a property and obtain the best return for their investment. When I’m not closing a deal, you can find me restoring my 120-year-old home in the W. Davis Historic District of Burlington, NC with my husband Josh while bouncing our baby, Archer, on my hip. I have a passion for preserving historic architecture and building a strong community through service, so you can also find me serving in the local non-profit organization, Preservation Burlington.

David was an amazing realtor and became a trusted friend!

David was always available and responsive. He held our hand from start to finish, managed everything from listing to repairs after we were under contract. We moved out of state prior to listing and he did it all on his own. We still stay in touch and he checks in often with our "new life." There will be no one better!

It’s almost impossible to describe Faith’s role in selling our home, but simply calling her our Realtor feels too simplistic. Five stars and 10/10 doesn’t begin to cover it. We’ve known and trusted Faith for years through our shared love of historic homes and as neighbors and friends. Working with her as our Realtor showed us just how exceptional she is at what she does. Faith was involved long before our home hit the market. When work moved us to another state amid challenging contractors and a long, complex renovation, she became our eyes and ears on the ground, sounding board, and strategist. She helped us decide which projects mattered, how to best position the home, and when it was ready to list. Faith was simultaneously our Realtor, project manager, historic home expert, confidant, unofficial life coach, and what we lovingly dubbed our pseudo “general contractor” because she always knew what was happening and what needed to happen next. Her knowledge and passion for historic homes are unmatched. She understands what makes them special while expertly navigating inspections, repairs, buyers, contractors, and negotiations. Her marketing was phenomenal. Faith didn’t just list our house. She told its story. The photography and videography, positioning, presentation, and strategy showcased it beautifully and brought us a full-price offer. Faith advocated for us, communicated honestly, talked us off ledges, handled what we couldn’t from hundreds of miles away, and consistently went beyond what we expected from a Realtor. This sale was a journey long before it was a transaction, and we can’t imagine having gone through it with anyone else.
