Usually when it comes to stuff like this it can be a stressful time, but I must say that Juan Nunez has made our entire experience buying a home so easy, enjoyable, and exciting. Throughout the entire process he was on our side helping us and walking us through everything. Each step he explained thoroughly so that we knew and understood everything about the home buying process. Juan took the time to walk us through multiple properties and was patient and helpful with all of the questions we had. When I say he went through each step of the home buying process with us, he did. He is very knowledgeable and educated, and he is the reason we now are living in our dream home. My girlfriend and I started our first time home buying process two months ago. We were put in contact with Juan Nunez as our realtor through homebird. He gave us a couple home tours until we found a house we really liked. He was really helpful with the tours and was very knowledge about the houses he was showing us. Any questions we had he would answer right there and if he didnt know he found the answers and let us know the next day. When it came time to put an offer in I feel Juan really did a great job negotiating on the house for us. He put in the time and effort for us.
