Tracy is the agent you want working for you. She not only prepped us and our house for sale she promoted and pushed our house into the limelight. Sold in 8 days for a great price then she helped us find our new home. She was juggling multiple deals, lawyers, agents and us.... Two very vocal and demanding customers. Tracy is very knowledgable about the real estate business and market in the Raleigh area and was very helpful in guiding us through a process that neither my wife or I were familiar. She was always available to answer any questions (and we had a lot of them) and accommodated our time-frame in every way possible (we only had a few days to look for houses in the Cary area). Additionally, Tracy always maintained a positive attitude when any 'bumps' occurred with the process.

From the beginning of selling our historic home, I had high expectations for the selling realtor. They needed to understand the unique nature and the unique type of buyer needed. I also expected them to manage all aspects including evaluations, inspections, estimates, repairs and maintenance while on the market. I also had financial goals, what was needed to recover and even profit from the large investments made in the historic home over the years we owned and maintained it. Tracy stepped up with full understanding of these expectations. She exceeded everything we expected and sold the home very quickly, even with holidays and a generally slow winter season. This is the second home that Tracy has sold for us. However, this time was a little different as we no longer lived in North Carolina and the home belonged to our parents who had passed away. Tracy did a wonderful job of stopping by and checking on the house, keeping us updated with all pertinent information and walking us through all of the legal issues that come from a trustee sale. I can honestly say Tracy was a "calm in the storm" for us. If we ever moved back to North Carolina, Tracy will definitely be our go to Agent.

Selling this property came with a lot of unexpected challenges, and the closing process was far from easy. Despite that, she handled every obstacle as it came up—professionally, calmly, and effectively. There were many moving parts, and she consistently found solutions that kept everything moving forward. She also showed exceptional composure and professionalism when dealing with a very difficult co-owner situation, never losing focus on the end goal. Thanks to her persistence, attention to detail, and steady guidance, we successfully made it to closing. Tracy is a fantastic agent, and I would recommend her to anyone. She has her arms around the market, trends and everything in-between. I recall one weekend where we were going to look at a number of houses, and I thought, "there's no way we can do this all in one day"... Sure enough, we did! It wasn't stressful at all, but actually kind of fun. What's funny for us is that the very first house we viewed ended up being the one we bought.
