Tracy is very knowledgable about the real estate business and market in the Raleigh area and was very helpful in guiding us through a process that neither my wife or I were familiar. She was always available to answer any questions (and we had a lot of them) and accommodated our time-frame in every way possible (we only had a few days to look for houses in the Cary area). Additionally, Tracy always maintained a positive attitude when any 'bumps' occurred with the process.

This is the second home that Tracy has sold for us. However, this time was a little different as we no longer lived in North Carolina and the home belonged to our parents who had passed away.
