Realty ONE Group Aspire | Winterville

The marketing and exposure of our home was excellent, especially as it was a Luxury home. Heather always went to our home prior to any showing, and was professional.

I cannot say enough great things about my realtor! Yes, he may be young, but don’t let that fool you! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and on top of EVERYTHING. From beginning to end, he walked me through the entire process, answered every question I had, and was always quick to respond whenever I needed him. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but he made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way and genuinely made me feel like I had someone in my corner. He was patient, dependable, and never made me feel like any question was too small. And perhaps most impressively… he handled all of my dad’s questions too and if you know my dad, you know that deserves an extra star all by itself. 😂 I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His age is absolutely not a reflection of his experience or ability. He knows his stuff, works hard for his clients, communicates exceptionally well, and truly cares about making the process as smooth as possible. If you’re looking for a realtor who will answer the phone, answer your questions, advocate for you, and guide you through the entire process…you’ve found him. 10/10 recommend! 🏡❤️

I strongly trusted Heather’s knowledge of the real estate market and I valued the education that I received from Heather during the sell of my father- in - law’s home. Heather was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and she was a wealth of knowledge of potential resources that I could use to help prepare my house for the sale. I felt comfortable that Heather had my best interests in mind. Without a doubt, I will use Heather in the future for my real estate needs and I highly recommend her to others!

Heather was recommended to my husband and I by several of our friends who she had helped previously. We truly couldn't have gotten a better real estate agent even if we tried. She is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. Any questions we had, little or small, she knew the answers. In the very rare occasion that she did not know the answer, she was quick to find out. As first time homebuyers, we honestly didn't know anything. Heather was always there to help us and explained every step of the process. She helped us get the best version of our home possible and truly had our best interests at heart. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication exceeded our expectations and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients. We are so grateful for everything Heather did to help us achieve our goals, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an incredible real estate agent. Thank you Heather for making this such a positive and memorable experience!
