Tonya went above and beyond to get our home sold. She handled everything with professionalism and urgency. Tonya made everything so easy with constant communication and advice based on experience and success. She knows the area and got us a great offer fast. Online document sharing and signatures were a godsend as we settled the sale from about 4 hours away.

As first-time sellers, we were nervous about the process, but our agent made everything so much easier. She was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout, guiding us through every step and easing the stress of a big out-of-state move. Her professionalism and ethics stood out—she was always honest and genuinely on our side. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in selling our home!

Tonya has helped my wife and I buy our townhouse in Hendersonville; and has our former home, currently listed in Zirconia, NC. She is knowledgeable and efficient in getting your house sold and offers buyers a clear path to finding the right home to suit your needs. I highly recommend her for all real estate needs. Happy to work with you, Chris Brown

Monica came into the picture after several months with another realty firm. Immediately things were different. Focused attention and ideas to help market the property. I felt an immense sense of relief. She kept me informed every step of the way. Professional, personable and just a joy to work with.

When my siblings and I found ourselves in a position of having to sell our cherished mountain house in Maggie Valley, NC, Monica Rousseau, Realty ONE Group Pivot was recommended to us. From our first contact with Monica to the closing, we never regretted our choice. We live about five hours away in a different state, so we knew we would have to rely heavily on our realtor. Monica, being a full service provider, was just what we needed. She knew the market well and was able to assess what needed to be done to our home before listing it. Not only did she oversee the work that was currently in progress, but she found local contractors to complete the other jobs we had decided to do before listing. Hurricane Helene arrived to briefly interrupt things, but nothing rattled Monica. She was able to handle the interruptions from the storm in her personal life, all the while, never dropping the ball with the preparations for listing. She is a gifted communicator and an excellent negotiator if negotiations are needed. We were kept well informed every step of the way. The complete closing was handled using phone calls, email, US mail, texts and electronic transfers. What a gift that was not having to drive five hours for the closing! Monica Rousseau is a true professional, and, in our opinion, number one in her field. We were completely pleased with the outcome and our choice of a realtor.

Monica is fantastic and knew just what to do in terms of getting my property sold. She and her team use staging, social media, etc to ensure that my property was sold quickly. It was under contract in 5 days! You won't regret hiring her!!
