Hands Down, The Best Choice We Could Have Made!

When my siblings and I found ourselves in a position of having to sell our cherished mountain house in Maggie Valley, NC, Monica Rousseau, Realty ONE Group Pivot was recommended to us. From our first contact with Monica to the closing, we never regretted our choice. We live about five hours away in a different state, so we knew we would have to rely heavily on our realtor. Monica, being a full service provider, was just what we needed. She knew the market well and was able to assess what needed to be done to our home before listing it. Not only did she oversee the work that was currently in progress, but she found local contractors to complete the other jobs we had decided to do before listing. Hurricane Helene arrived to briefly interrupt things, but nothing rattled Monica. She was able to handle the interruptions from the storm in her personal life, all the while, never dropping the ball with the preparations for listing. She is a gifted communicator and an excellent negotiator if negotiations are needed. We were kept well informed every step of the way. The complete closing was handled using phone calls, email, US mail, texts and electronic transfers. What a gift that was not having to drive five hours for the closing!
