We moved to Hendersonville from a 10 acre property with multiple buildings to a single home on less than an acre (downsizing). When we needed to find a realtor in this area we were given Monica's name and told she was excellent - and she was the best. She took the time to fully understand our needs and showed us several different alternatives to help us prioritize what was important to us. Her knowledge of the different neighborhoods and sections in and around Hendersonville was phenomenal. She could give us details and pro/cons of different houses for questions we did not even think to ask. For example, she would point out how features of each home would impact us over time. She knew a lot about the structural issues of the homes to help us understand potential problems in the future. Monica explained to us how to make an offer which highlighted all the issues of the current market for homes as well as items unique to the home we wanted to purchase. In the end, we were able to negotiate a price well below the original sales price and within our budget. Since we were moving from "out of town", Monica would structure our visits to Hendersonville to maximize our time. She was patient but also kept us focused on what was important about each property we visited. During the time between an offer and closing, she made sure all the inspections/activities associated with closing were completed and on-time. We feel fortunate to have found Monica to help us find our perfect home in Hendersonville. Her suggestions and advice guided to the house we now call and home.
