Our house was under contract in 5 days because of the effort she and her team put in on the front end in terms of marketing and staging. In addition, she is very responsive to communication! Overall, we had a great experience working with her.

I knew I wanted an agent to feel like they were in my corner, advocating for me like if it was their own home being purchased. I found Katie from a rave review online and decided to give her a call - she was on vacation in Europe but still took the time to talk to me and set me up with resources until she came back. We got to meet her partner, Monica, who was amazing as well. Katie was on top of things throughout the whole process (which is a loooong process with a lot of steps!) and made sure the inspection was thorough. She had personal knowledge of the neighborhood we wanted to buy in which was so helpful. I am so happy with how it all turned out and would chose to work with Katie again in a heartbeat.

Madison made sure we found the right home! She took the time to get to know our family and not only find a home that worked for us but also in an area we would have never thought of. She came with a whole team who also made the process seamless: other agents, lenders, inspectors, etc. Even after the sale she continues to answer my questions and connect me with the right people. Can not say enough good things about her!
