Wendy was always available and we truly felt she had our best interests at heart. She returned calls, texts and emails promptly. We were out of town buyers and felt comfortable with her assessments. She handled everything for us. We will use her again.

I've known Wendy for a number of years and consider her a good friend. My background is also in real estate, and I have recently retired. So, when my husband and I retired and decided to list our home, we had many choices. But for both of us that was easy, Wendy in her short time in the business at that point had become so knowledgeable, committed, and over the top enthusiastic. She was real world in her advice on price, timing and market conditions. It didn't hurt that she had lived in the Asheville market all her life. She was always up front, and sugar coated nothing. We listened and followed her lead and end result was we sold our home of 15 years and were happy with the end result. If you are considering buying or selling your property you cannot go wrong with Wendy. She is SIMPLY THE BEST!!

My experience with Wendy Snedecor was informative and extremely helpful in finding my dream house in Hendersonville, NC. Since the day we met, she was constantly working to help me find just the house I was looking for. When we found the community in which I now reside, she was always looking out for my best interest and guided me along the way until closing. She is a person of high integrity and will work until she finds the home of your dreams.
