Simply the Best

I've known Wendy for a number of years and consider her a good friend. My background is also in real estate, and I have recently retired. So, when my husband and I retired and decided to list our home, we had many choices. But for both of us that was easy, Wendy in her short time in the business at that point had become so knowledgeable, committed, and over the top enthusiastic. She was real world in her advice on price, timing and market conditions. It didn't hurt that she had lived in the Asheville market all her life. She was always up front, and sugar coated nothing. We listened and followed her lead and end result was we sold our home of 15 years and were happy with the end result. If you are considering buying or selling your property you cannot go wrong with Wendy. She is SIMPLY THE BEST!!
