Toby Davis

Toby Davis is by far the best real estate agent we've worked with. He sold our home very fast. During the entire process, he kept in touch with us and assisted us with any questions or concerns we had. We would not hesitate to use him again as our realtor.

When it came down to who was looking at my home when they were looking at my home and what they thought about it he was very informative and had valuable insights on what would happen next

Toby, has his finger on the pulse of the areas real estate meaketband gives really valuable input.

My partner and I spent over two years searching for our Asheville home. We met Toby early in our search when we inquired about one of his listings. What a great find! Toby showed us multiple properties during our search, both in person and remotely in our South Florida home. He has "the patience of Job"! Toby is a consummate professional and a wealth of knowledge. We both feel he went "above and beyond" what we expected from a realtor. We give him the highest of recommendations.

This was our first experience with selling property, and Toby's knowledge, strong skills and warm, responsive guidance made it so much easier than it could have been. Thanks again, Toby!

Toby was recommended to us by another realtor (which is always a good sign!) and although our house was not one of the higher end homes in this area, he treated us like we were selling the Biltmore Estate. He explained every step of the process along the way, he made executing all of the necessary documents very easy over the Internet, he answered every question we had and he helped us deal with an unexpected emergency that could have scuppered the whole sale completely. He has abundant patience and we could not have asked for a better overall experience. He communicated with us efficiently and always responded to us in a timely manner. I highly recommend Toby whether you're a buyer or a seller. He's such a nice man and he really knows his stuff. Talk To Toby!
