She takes the time to contact every showing agent for feedback and offer discussion, maximizing the impact of market time and exposure. She’s also amazingly attentive and responsive, taking her job more seriously than any other realtor I have ever worked with. She’s also pleasant, friendly, and a great negotiator on both sides of the table, able to pull deals together that would otherwise fall apart without her finesse and expertise.
