We purchased from out of state and Kelsey was extremely helpful through the process. She was flexible with her time in showing us homes both virtually and on long weekends where we came into the area to look in person. She was knowledgeable and predestination throughout. I would utilize her service the next time I went to buy a home in WNC as well.

Kelsey is the best realtor ever! She was always quick to respond to my questions, concerns, and requests. She understood that my partner and I were really looking for two different kinds of properties, but she helped us to find something that will work for both of us, and a place we are both excited to make our own. After we put an offer in on a condo, but needed to have an electrician and a plumber check out potential issues, she met them at the property, when my partner and I were gone on a long-scheduled visit to a friend out of state. Whatever I needed, she jumped in to help, or to find out answers to questions, or to get information that mattered to me. I hope I don’t need any help from a realtor for a long time, but if I do, Kelsey will be the one I call, without a doubt.
