Amy did a great job communicating everything that needed to be done for my home before I left out of town. I went through the selling process, not in the same state but my home was greatly managed by Amy until we could find a buyer. She also made sure that I had gotten the best deal out of the sell.

This is my second home bought with Doug. He always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. He truly advocates for us as buyers, calling the sellers agent with any concerns, coordinating with the insurance agents and builders, among more. I truly feel like he has our back and everything gets done very efficiently with him. Beyond that, he is super accessible. I text him to see if he has a few minutes to chat and really no matter when, he gives me an instant call back and answers my questions. We will be continuing to work with Doug for any future house purchases or even sales! You can’t go wrong with him and you’ll really feel like you have someone very reliable on your side to help you pick and buy the right house, and deliver on everything required to close.

Lane was organized and knowledgeable in his approach in marketing our condo. He was accessible and prompt in communicating through each step of the process. He explained the nuances of selling in a 55+ villa community. He listened to our concerns, addressed our questions, and anticipated potential hurdles in the current market.

I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time.
