I would highly recommend him to all those who are looking to buy a home or looking to sell their home. He is very understanding, patient, Accommodating, and just a great all around human being. I first started off with the agent who was hired to sell my property. Later on during the process, I found that she was not a good fit to complete the task. Jim came into the picture and gave 110% of his time and effort to get my home in North Carolina sold while I was in Tennessee.
