I initially met Chrissy at an open house and immediately connected with her. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property she was showing and the surrounding area. I spoke with her about listing my condo in a few months. We touched base a month or 2 later and she did a walk through, took notes and then did her research to decide on a fair market price. We met to discuss some different options, she arranged to have professional pictures taken and submitted the listing. Her negotiating skills were excellent. We spent time discussing everything calmly and came to good decisions. My condo was sold in about a month and all through that time she also was bringing me around to different communities for a new purchase. She has been extremely professional, friendly, caring and helpful in obtaining information regarding the sale of my condo and the purchase of a new home for me. These situations can be very stressful but with Chrissy's time and knowledge, it also was an enjoyable experience!
