CORRECTION: We were the buyers of the property, NOT the sellers…Review site is incorrect. Lori and her assistant Jennifer are very pleasant and were available to help us find a house in our budget in Sneads Ferry. Unfortunately, they had to navigate with an agent whose client (the owner of the house) and the renters who were occupying the house who were not very accommodating regarding showing dates and other scheduling items. But, Lori was able to negotiate the price down from the asking price, and handled arranging everything required with a real estate sale…upfront money, inspections, etc.

Avery was available on short notice and gave us most of his weekend to find a house. He's knowledgeable about the area and very willing to help. He was easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about helping me find a home. Highly recommend....

Kim is a real estate professional who I got to know as a band parent whose kid I taught for a while. Kim's volunteer work with the band boosters caught my eye years ago. I could not help but notice how much she gave of herself to that organization. I decided then that if I ever sold my home, she would be the broker/agent to use. I was not sorry, as she got us to a contract in 60 days during a period of interest rate concern and high inventory in our neighborhood. She helped us find a good builder for the new home and a rental as well (uncompensated!), for the interim period of building our permanent home. Can't say enough for her dedication!
