Lori and her assistant Jennifer are very pleasant and were available to help us find a house in our budget in Sneads Ferry. Unfortunately, they had to navigate with an agent whose client (the owner of the house) and the renters who were occupying the house who were not very accommodating regarding showing dates and other scheduling items. But, Lori was able to negotiate the price down from the asking price, and handled arranging everything required with a real estate sale…upfront money, inspections, etc.

Lori did a wonderful job showing our house. The MLS listing was professional and the photos outstanding. She answered all our questions and was always quick to respond to our texts and emails. She kept us updated even when she was out of the country for a vacation. When she showed the house she was excellent at pointing out all the “extras” which make our house unique. She communicated with the other realtors who showed the house and gave us the feedback when available. The online system for alerting us to a showing was a plus. We feel Lori went above and beyond representing us. She was even willing to come over and clean one time when we were out of town and a dog sitter was staying in the house. We would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Lori was amazing from start to finish. She was the first realtor I contacted, intending to meet with several before choosing, but didn't feel the need to call anyone else after she started showing us homes. She met with us during the week, weekends, evenings, whenever me and my husband's mismatched schedules required. She was always available for questions and prompt with her answers. It was our first experience buying a home and when we felt overwhelmed, she was always there with the information and options we needed. She thought of things I didn't think to ask and looked out for us to make sure we got the best deal on the best house for us, while fully knowledgeable of all of the factors involved. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Wilmington area.

She managed to guide us directly to the house "of our dreams" with a few less unmentionables "bugger house" being one.
