She made the process seem so easy -- connecting with options for mortgage brokers, inspectors, real estate attorneys -- all that is needed to close a deal with the expert guidance that is needed for such an important purchase. She provided excellent advice on negotiating the purchase terms. As a seller's agent he monitored the market and made adjustments accordingly. As a buyers agent he made room in his schedule for last minute showings and was available for the final walk through.
