We came to Topsail to investigate the area and dropped in on Glynda's office out of the blue. She was at once personable, friendly and engaging. After a bit of banter, she gathered a few listings and we were off! Talking with Glynda is like talking with family; she instantly puts you at ease with everything, has your best interests in mind, and is a wealth of knowledge in this market! Financing, handyman, estimates... none of it daunted Glynda, or even slowed her down... and her recommendations have been top notch! Doing a large transaction remotely can be challenging, but not with a communicator of this lady's caliber. I knew every detail as soon as she did! Text, phone, email - her communication is seamless and clear. I'm a firm believer that I don't have to like everyone I work with, but it sure helps when you do. There is not a false note to be found in Glynda, and we like and respect her for it. She's an amazing person and a great realtor.
