Glynda has been our Realtor through several transitions. She has always been very knowledgeable, super quick to respond and always has our best interest at heart. She has literally and figuratively gone the extra mile(s) throughout the entire buying and selling process - even well after closing. Trying to purchase or sell a house from out-of-state can be a difficult process and Glynda was there to help us every step of the way.

We came to Topsail to investigate the area and dropped in on Glynda's office out of the blue. She was at once personable, friendly and engaging. After a bit of banter, she gathered a few listings and we were off! Talking with Glynda is like talking with family; she instantly puts you at ease with everything, has your best interests in mind, and is a wealth of knowledge in this market! Financing, handyman, estimates... none of it daunted Glynda, or even slowed her down... and her recommendations have been top notch! Doing a large transaction remotely can be challenging, but not with a communicator of this lady's caliber. I knew every detail as soon as she did! Text, phone, email - her communication is seamless and clear. I'm a firm believer that I don't have to like everyone I work with, but it sure helps when you do. There is not a false note to be found in Glynda, and we like and respect her for it. She's an amazing person and a great realtor.

Glynda did a great job marketing our home. Pictures were great, on many sites, different views, worded well, promptly answered our questions. She kept us informed and communicated well between the offers and negotiations. I love the personal touch and small town feeling. We never felt rushed or concerned for any reason. Polite, caring and made us feel like family. I highly recommend Glynda.

I am familiar with the topsail area, or at least I thought so, until I started working with Glynda about what I was really looking for. She went above and beyond finding me my piece of paradise on topsail beach. She made the process seem so easy -- connecting with options for mortgage brokers, inspectors, real estate attorneys -- all that is needed to close a deal with the expert guidance that is needed for such an important purchase. She provided excellent advice on negotiating the purchase terms. Very glad I had Glynda representing me and am hopeful that if I would like to purchase another property in the NC topsail, Hampstead, etc area- she will be by my side!
