After a bit of banter, she gathered a few listings and we were off! Talking with Glynda is like talking with family; she instantly puts you at ease with everything, has your best interests in mind, and is a wealth of knowledge in this market! Financing, handyman, estimates... none of it daunted Glynda, or even slowed her down... and her recommendations have been top notch! Doing a large transaction remotely can be challenging, but not with a communicator of this lady's caliber. I knew every detail as soon as she did! Text, phone, email - her communication is seamless and clear. I'm a firm believer that I don't have to like everyone I work with, but it sure helps when you do. There is not a false note to be found in Glynda, and we like and respect her for it. She's an amazing person and a great realtor.

John was wonderful from day 1. My dad was in need of selling the beach house. Dad had cancer and knew the house needed to be sold. John and dad went over market value in the area and decided on a price. Dad was happy with the communication with John on each step. Dad got sick on our last trip to the house and we had to leave quickly without finishing what needed to be done inside the house. John set up a cleaning service and that alone took so much off my dad's mind at that time. Dad passed and the house sold a few days after his passing. On the market for less than 30 days and sold for a bit more than my dad wanted. John helped us with the all of the decisions and direction we needed to do with the remainder of the sale. Could not have had a more helpful or compassionate person!!! We had a rough time with dad's passing and selling a piece of dad with that house. John made it go so smoothly and put us at ease.
