Joe was both our listing agent and buyer's agent. He made himself available to us any time there was a need. He is very knowledgeable about the whole process from beginning to end. As a seller's agent he monitored the market and made adjustments accordingly. As a buyers agent he made room in his schedule for last minute showings and was available for the final walk through.
