Crystal then drove to Lincolnton (about an hour drive each way) to present them to the seller and help him decide on the best one. Crystal made multiple trips to the facility to try and satisfy the closing attorney's notary service. Even helping the seller obtain a current ID from the DMV. Through all of this, Crystal kept us informed of the status of the closing. I must say that she was always most patient, kind and professional with the seller.
