Selling your first home can be just as exciting as purchasing your first home. Lots of questions, legal terms and decisions to make, can all be challenging for a busy professional who also lives in another state. Robert Gibson came highly recommended to me by a good friend, and now I see why. Not only did he provide expert guidance for a new seller such as myself, but he was also very flexible to accommodate my busy schedule and late hours. He was always quick to respond to texts and email; however, what stands out to me the most is the way he treated me. Mr. Gibson, with all of his years of experience, never jumped ahead, but rather paced himself to make sure I was informed and educated in my decisions. For each question, he provided at least two examples, so that I could have a full picture; then, he would step back and await my response, giving me time to consider my options. He was patient with me...and I appreciate that. Another important factor that led to me choosing Rob as my agent, is the fact that he donates 10% of his commission to the charity of your choice. In a world where it's so easy to be more self-focused, Mr. Gibson shines bright by paying forward his kindness and giving back to communities. This speaks volumes of his character and his commitment.
