About Crystal

Crystal is a Charlotte native who has seen the city undergo many changes over the years. She grew up and still resides in the east part of town which is known for it's wonderful restaurants and many local businesses. She is very familiar with Mecklenburg county and surrounding areas. She was raised exploring different neighborhoods around town and has many connections throughout the city. A lover of historic homes and buildings she enjoys researching and visiting different properties and small towns. She's excited to share her firsthand knowledge of the community with her clients, to begin helping her clients find their perfect home or assist in selling and starting a new chapter. As a Realtor® Crystal is dedicated to understanding each client's individual needs and offering options that make sense. She has more than a decade's experience in healthcare and customer service which has taught her how to be an excellent communicator and problem solver. She works well in a fast paced, detail oriented environment and provides a calm, friendly demeanor while doing so. She's also a small business owner and artist who creates graphic designs and mixed media art. When she's off the clock Crystal enjoys riding her bike at one of Charlotte's many greenways, grabbing a bite to eat with friends or going to see live local music. She's a lover of plants both indoor and out and also a caring cat mom. Crystal is a regular supporter of the Carolina Waterfowl Rescue and Humane Society. Crystal is a Notary Public Crystal is proud to serve on the NC REALTORS Image Committee for the 2023 legislative year.

Crystal made it completely effortless!

Crystal made the entire process of selling my investment property a breeze. Once she knew I was ready, she was on top of everything. The comps, what to expect, she even helped with the curb appeal and laid mulch and putting a friendly flag out front. She knew I was worried about the curb appeal and took it upon herself to make it look great and took all my stress away. I needed to fix my door handle on the storm door. Not a problem. She searched high and low to find the right part at the best deal and installed it herself. She kept me abreast of everything that was happening in real time while on the market. I have dealt with other realtors before that weren’t as detailed oriented and it was stressful. Crystal not only made me feel safe during this entire transaction, she made me feel seen and respected and made sure I got everything that I wanted out of the sale of my property. I will always recommend her moving forward and she will always be my go to if I need a realtor again!

Professional and Easy to Work with

Crystal was extremely diligent during our home sale/purchase. She sold our home while taking us to see dozens of homes until we found the right fit. Nothing was rushed and we never felt any pressure from her when making decisions. I would recommend Crystal to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Highly rate a great agent

Great agent that communicated throughout the sale process and took the lead in working with other agents from showing to closing our sale. Provided excellent marketing flyers and internet items to provide the best exposure for our property. Great follow through with the closing attorney to complete the sale.

Absolutely wonderful person /Realtor

Crystal went above and beyond to help my family when we became homeless after Hurricane Helene. She fought for us every step of the way and worked tirelessly to get us into a new home as quickly as possible. Top professionalism

I have not been from the Charlotte area ever but we had to remodel a house and sell it not knowing anyone in the real estate market in the area. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of service and professionalism. I would highly recommend Crystal and her crew they are very knowledgeable of the market and its trends. She gave common sense advice which helped us attain our goals.
