Crystal made the entire process of selling my investment property a breeze. Once she knew I was ready, she was on top of everything. The comps, what to expect, she even helped with the curb appeal and laid mulch and putting a friendly flag out front. She knew I was worried about the curb appeal and took it upon herself to make it look great and took all my stress away. I needed to fix my door handle on the storm door. Not a problem. She searched high and low to find the right part at the best deal and installed it herself. She kept me abreast of everything that was happening in real time while on the market.
